I have to have chocolate!

I do, I do! I have to have chocolate! If there’s chocolate in the house, I will eat it. But *sigh* I am finally listening to my body and it says, “No more sugar.” I get horrible acne and just don’t feel good when I eat sugar. So, how do I get chocolate without sugar?

Chocolate balls – of course! Roll up your sleeves and pull out the food processor.

1/4 cup of nuts. Walnuts, almonds, cashews, your choice. I used sunflower seeds and walnuts.

1 cup of dates.

2 tablespoons of cocoa.

Splash of water.

Pulse nuts in food processor, add dates (pulse), add cocoa (pulse). Add a splash of water to make the mixture stick together if needed. Roll into small balls then roll in cocoa.
