These bars were another goodie made on ‘baking day.’ Basically, they are crumble mixture on the bottom, a fruit jam in the middle, and more crumble mixture on top. Easy-peasy-lemon-squeasy!
This is another of our baking outcomes. My oldest son had a banana pecan muffin (from a bakery) the other day and declared it was ‘The best.’ So of course we had to add them to our day of baking!
