This picture isn’t all that great, but I had to write it up because of the different flavours that made it so tasty. It’s your regular crumble mixture on top. I had some rhubarb, but not enough, so as I cooked it, I added some apple. As I was spooning the mixture into the pie dish, I remembered I had some apricots left over, some fresh, non-dried ones, so I chopped them and put them on top of the rhubarb and apple, then put the crumble bits on top and cooked as usual. The mixture of those three fruits was unbelievable.
