The broccoli was harvested (thanks, mom and oldest son!); now to think of the best way to eat it. I had recently found this new tofu and sauce mixture at the grocery store, it calls for a cup of carrot and a cup of broccoli, perfect. You steam the carrot and broccoli, then add the tofu and sauce; after it’s heated through, place it on top of rice, noodles, or whatever you like the sound of. I give this one 5 stars: it’s easy, quick, healthy, and the kids loved it.
