These baked potatoes were very tasty and popular with the whole family. A bit of margarine, vegan cheese, and some lovely herbs, picked fresh from the garden and finely chopped, gave the tatties a lovely taste.
This fettucini is made with brown rice. It is really nice, not mushy like some rice pasta can be. We had leeks, garlic, and carrot in a tomato sauce on top.
