This was very simple – throw the pasta in the boiling water, cook, add sauce, sprinkle cheese, eat, leave room for dessert…

Blackberry and apple crumble, what a classic! I had poor, sad old apples, sitting on the kitchen table, screaming to be eaten, so I chopped them up and put them out of their misery. The crumble top is really easy to make and is just placed on top of the fruit, no rolling out dough like you would with a pie. It smells lovely while cooking and tastes even better!
