Burgers

These ‘burgers’ were a recipe I found online, but then realized I didn’t have most of the ingredients. So I added certain things and omitted others. The buns were supposed to be whole-wheat, but as my 12-year-old son was in charge of buying the buns, ‘they only had white ones left.’ A likely story! These burgers are the best tasting I’ve ever made. They are basically rice, onion, garlic, herbs, turmeric, and flax-seed. They are supposed to have toasted walnuts in them, which I think would be great. So next time I make them I’ll be sure to get some walnuts before hand.
