These pancakes were just what we needed at the end of the day! My oldest son, who just got his braces put on a couple of days ago, was especially keen as he thought pancakes would be easy for him to chew. He put soy yogurt, agave nectar, margarine (non-hydrogenated and organic), and blackberry sauce on top of his. What a feast! I kept mine simple with just marg and agave nectar – delish.
