This is a leek and yam pie with puff pastry on top. It is an adaptation of a Jamie Oliver recipe. Well, all I did was take out the meat, so really it’s his recipe still! I really enjoy his style of cooking and his attitude towards children and food. This is a way to get great vegetables into the kids with them enjoying it. Leek, onion, garlic, yam, and rosemary in a creamy (non-cream) sauce with puff pastry on top. What’s not to love?
