Quick Dinner

Tonight had to be a quick dinner as we were out until 6pm at the kids’ swimming lessons. So, of course, there are the trusty kale tops. The next two items on the plate are my quick-dinner-items. I don’t buy them often, but they are there just in case. Most swimming evenings I will prepare dinner in the afternoon before the kids get home, but as you can see I didn’t do that today. Sometimes the day disappears before you know it.  So, the beans are Amy’s Organic Baked Beans and the pasta is Mac and Chreese (Road’s End Organics), both tasty and fast.
